1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pawije ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Pawije. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Pawije is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Prohibited Content
Users may not post listings that are illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or that violate the rights of others. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: illegal weapons, drugs, stolen property, counterfeit goods, and adult content. Pawije reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules.
5. Transactions
Pawije is a classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not party to any transaction between users. All transactions are conducted directly between users, and Pawije makes no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pawije platform, including logos, design, and software, is owned by Pawije and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant Pawije a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawije shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
